Create new Domino environments to meet your language and package needs.

Click Create Environment.

Name your new environment.

From the Base Environment / Image, select whether you want to Start from an existing Environment or Start from a custom base image.

If you Start from a custom base image, enter the FROM line for the Dockerfile that Domino constructs for you. For example,
registry.hub.docker.com/library/python:3.8-slim
.

Optional: Select the cluster for the environment.

Set the environment’s Visibility. Administrators can make the environment Globally Accessible, which makes it available to all projects.

Click Create Environment. The Revisions tab for the environment opens.

Click Edit Definition to define the Dockerfile and supporting scripts and settings for the environment. See Edit Environment Definition.
