Azure Data Lake Storage is a cloud-based data-warehouse. This topic describes how to connect to account access keys from Domino. You must have network connectivity between Azure Data Lake Storage and your Domino deployment.
The easiest way to connect to a Azure Data Lake Storage instance from Domino is to use a Domino Data Source.
-
From the navigation pane, click Data.
-
Click Create a Data Source.
-
In the New Data Source window, from Select Data Store, select Azure Data Lake Store.
-
Enter the unique storage account name in Account Name.
-
Enter the name of the Bucket.
-
Enter the Data Source Name.
-
Optional: Enter a Description to explain the purpose of the data source to others.
-
Click Next.
-
Enter your Access Key to connect to Azure Data Lake Storage. The Domino secret store backed by HashiCorp Vault securely stores the credentials.
-
Click Test Credentials.
-
If the data source authenticates, click Next.
-
Select who can view and use the data source in projects.
-
Click Finish Setup.
If your users have Domino permissions to use the data source and enter their credentials, they can now use the Domino Data API to retrieve data with the connector.
See Retrieve Data for more information.
