Install fleetcommand-agent

Confirm that you have fulfilled all the requirements to install fleetcommand-agent.
Log in to quay.io with your Domino credentials.
```
docker login quay.io
```

Pull the image to your local machine.

docker pull quay.io/domino/fleetcommand-agent:v65
